About Autokrix

We build the AI workflows and agents that quietly run your operations.

Autokrix is a Toronto-built AI automation agency creating practical workflow automation systems for service businesses across Canada and North America.

Our story

Why Autokrix exists

Autokrix started as a simple frustration.

Everywhere you look, smart people are doing dumb work: copying numbers into spreadsheets, chasing signatures that should have moved automatically, manually updating calendars because tools do not speak to each other.

The work that matters — strategy, relationships, craft, judgment — gets squeezed into whatever time is left.

Autokrix was born from a quiet promise: the boring work should disappear into the background, and the people should get their week back.

We did not start as a giant agency. We started by sitting with teams, mapping their real workflows, and replacing the manual pieces with reliable automation that actually runs in production.

Mission & vision

The company we are building

Our mission

To give operators their week back by building workflows and AI agents that remove repetitive work from every day.

Our vision

A world where any team, no matter its size, runs with operational systems as polished as the best-run companies on earth.

Practically, that means a growing library of workflows, agents, and integration patterns — adapted for each client, never forced into a template.

What we believe about operations

Five beliefs that shape every project

Work should be for people, not paperwork

The best teams spend most of their time with customers and hard problems, not with exports, reminders, and status updates. If a human is only moving information from A to B, that is work a system should carry.

Workflows before tools

A new app rarely fixes a broken process. We map the real triggers, handoffs, owners, exceptions, and outcomes before deciding what technology belongs in the system.

AI is a teammate, not a toy

We only use AI where it removes real work or improves decisions. No chatbot theatre, no novelty demos, and no agent that cannot explain what it did.

Calm, observable systems

Good automation is boring in the best way: predictable, inspectable, and easy to change. You should be able to see what ran, why it ran, and where a human approved the next step.

Small wins should compound

We do not chase six-month, all-or-nothing transformation projects. We look for the next meaningful hour we can give back to your team, then build from there.

How we work

Understand, map, build, refine.

Every Autokrix project follows the same four-word spine. Here is what that looks like from your side.

Most clients say the mapping session alone was worth the call.
Step 01

Understand the week

We walk through your actual week: where leads, requests, orders, or cases come from, which tools people touch, and where work gets stuck.

Step 02

Map the workflows

We turn that reality into clear workflow maps: triggers, steps, handoffs, exceptions, approvals, and where an AI agent might help.

Step 03

Choose the starting plays

Together we pick the workflows or agents that return the most time with the least risk. Usually that means starting with reporting, reminders, follow-up, or repetitive admin.

Step 04

Build, test, and show the logs

We connect the system to your tools and run test data through it. You see what ran, what changed, and where every piece of data went.

Step 05

Hand over, then improve

You get documentation, diagrams, and a simple way to understand the system. We can stay on as your automation partner or hand it to your team.

The stack behind Autokrix

We build with the tools your team already knows

We bring the logic, the connections, and the agents — you keep the systems your team already understands.

Why Autokrix

What makes us different from most AI automation agencies

We do not answer this with superlatives. Here is what actually separates how we work.

Workflows first, AI second

We start with how work moves. Sometimes the right answer is a simple rule, not an agent.

Designed for operators

We build for the people who live with the system every day: ops leads, account managers, coordinators, recruiters, and owners.

Observable by default

Every workflow should be inspectable. You can see what happened, what failed, and what needs attention.

End-to-end ownership

We do not drop a strategy document and disappear. We map, build, test, document, and support the system.

A library, not one-offs

Behind the scenes we keep reusable workflow, agent, and integration patterns so every project benefits from what has already worked elsewhere.

Who we work best with

We work best with teams who already have something to automate.

Teams with real volume, not just ideas. You already have leads, clients, candidates, orders, or cases. The problem is how the work moves.

Owners and operators who care about systems. You are willing to think about process before chasing tools.

People who want calm, not hype. You want quiet, reliable workflows your team barely notices because they just work.

If that sounds like you, let’s map your week →

Let’s map how your work actually flows

Start with a simple automation audit. We’ll walk through how work moves today, highlight the 3-5 highest-impact workflows and AI agents, and give you a plain-language map — whether we build it together or not.

  • A clear picture of where your week goes
  • 3-5 automation ideas tied to your tools
  • Notes you can act on, with or without us
